A UKSEDS training course
Welcome to “Introduction to Arduino,” a beginner course designed to demystify the world of Arduino programming and hardware. Whether you’re gearing up for a UKSEDS competition or find yourself at a crossroads on where to embark on your Arduino journey, this course is tailored to provide you with the foundational knowledge and hands-on skills needed to confidently work with Arduino microcontrollers.
Don’t have the money for an Arduino kit?
No problem at all! This course has been designed to be followed along with either the real hardware in front of your or by using a free online tool called Tinkercad!
Never coded before?
No problem! We have designed this to be beginner friendly so we have tried to explain all of the key principles.
Special thanks
UKSEDS would like to extend a special thank you to Luke Woodbury who built the original version of this course whilst teaching at the University of Bristol.

Useful course but not always the most clear with the questions it asks.
