Physics MPhil Opportunity

IRSA, a part-funded ERDF project at the University of Leicester, was set up to enable the development of 12 month MPhil research projects with East Midlands companies, where the student receives a stipend of £15K.

We currently have a position available from the department of Physics and Astronomy to perform research associated with X-Ray Modelling, and are looking for a recent UK/EU graduate from a UK/EU University to fill this role.

The project is fully set up, a company happy to get actively involved and all is ready to go. The only requirements of the student are that they are:
– A UK/EU citizen
– Graduated from a UK/EU university with their undergraduate degree (BSc) in the last three years (2011, 2012, 2013).

We can accept Masters students but the undergraduate graduation date must be within three years.”
