UKSEDS are pleased to announce the results of the UK student paper selection for the 2012 International Astronautical Congress in Naples in October. The selection took place at the British Interplanetary Society in London last Thursday, 31 May. The winners are:

Charlotte Lücking – University of Strathclyde
Mission and System Design of a 3U CubeSat passive GTO to LEO Orbit Transfer
We commiserate with the other shortlisted candidates and congratulate Alessandro and Charlotte who will, after their their presentations in Naples, each be awarded a cheque for GBP 300 by the British Interplanetary Society.
