Priory Road: access to the Priory Road Lecture Theatre, Steam 1. There are exhibitors in the café foyer alongside a quiet room.
Humanities (Arts Complex): access to the Humanities Lecture Theatre, Steam 2 and a second exhibition space. The main registration desk shall be located here along with a prayer and storage rooms.
Senate House: lunch shall be served here on both days alongside the drinks reception on Saturday.

Travel bursaries are available for UKSEDS members and branch groups travelling more than 50 miles to our National Student Space Conference.
Leicester has one main train station, Leicester Station.
Tickets can be bought at train stations or online at Trainline, National Rail or East Midlands Railway.

National Express coach services are available from all major towns and airports in England. National Express offer a 20% discount for students.

Park and ride car parks allow you to park outside the city and then take a bus into the city centre.

The services run from 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday every 15 minutes.
The university’s Multi-Storey car park (Putney Rd, Leicester, LE2 7TF) is open to university visitors and the general public, and is a 5 minute walk from the Sir Bob Burgess Building. Several bus companies operate within and around Leicester. Further information on the services available and bus timetables can be found here.
The quickest bus route from Leicester train station to the conference venue is the Arriva 48 bus to Haymarket Bus Station, from the Station Street bus stop. The route is approx. 15 minutes.
Alternative bus routes from the train station to the conference venue include the 49 and 84.
Some taxi companies in Leicester ( Uber) have mobile apps that you can use to get a quote for the cost of the journey and use to book your journey.
There are taxis waiting just outside Leicester train station.
You will most likely need to pay cash, although some taxis take card payments. The cost will depend on how far you need to travel, but within the main city it should cost between £5 and £15.
You can get reduced rail fares with a 16-25 Railcard (also available to full-time mature students).
Please note there are many parking restrictions within the city centre. The closest car park is a 5 minute walk from the conference venue. Other car parks are available a further distance away.
