NSSC is the only event of its kind. We have a range of sponsorship opportunities available that will give you the unique chance to engage motivated and talented students all in one go. Discover partnership opportunities in the slides below.

The Home Page

The great thing about the Nebula platform is that attendees can explore the conference without ever leaving the stream. Selecting pages in the menu on the right hand side causes the screen to split in two, enabling users to see the programme or browse the sponsors in the careers fair. Attendees can also switch between the two streams at ease by clicking the “1” or “2” buttons.

The Careers Fair Page

As a sponsor you will be listed in our careers fair with your logo, links to any resources you want to share, and an embedded 30 second video for attendees to get an overview of what you do. When they play this, the stream will be paused automatically. You’ll also get a virtual exhibition stand where you can talk one-to-one with attendees (explained in the next section).

The more you pay, the higher your listing in the careers fair will be, with alphabetical listing for those at the same level of sponsorship. 

Virtual Exhibition Stand

A single stand allows your organisation to talk with one attendee at a time. A stand is essentially a video call like we’ve all become so used to, but embedded in the platform. Attendees join a queue via the button adjacent to the sponsor video above, the person at the front of the queue automatically coming in when the attendee on the call leaves. You’ll be able to share your screen to show off past projects or job/membership opportunities, and can use the chat to send links to more details and your contact information, or as the primary communication means if the attendee is more comfortable with that. You can have as many of your team as you want behind the scenes staffing your stand in shifts.

To reach more students, you can increase the size of your stand by purchasing extra tickets. Every additional ticket gives you another separate call. You’ll need an extra member of your team to host every additional call, but you can still have as many of your team as you want behind the scenes staffing your stand in shifts. The view for the attendees will remain the same - they’ll join the queue and automatically jump into the next slot that becomes available across all the stands you have.

We expect more than 750 students and graduates to attend this virtual event, and a larger stand allows you to engage with more of them over the course of the conference. You can have as many extra stands as you wish.

The Networking Page

Networking is always a huge part of NSSC and this year is no different. Through the event platform, attendees will be able to connect with other attendees through video calls and text chats at any time. As the Networking Sponsor, your logo will be displayed prominently on the networking page and in the chat.

The Social

The details for our free conference social are still to be confirmed, but as the sponsor your logo will be displayed prominently on the social page, and you will get the opportunity to speak to all participants in the social before it kicks off.

Sponsorship

We appreciate that sponsoring a virtual conference is a little different, so if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us. We’d be happy to answer any questions and tailor a sponsorship package to your needs. 

If you’re a new company registered in the last two years or a registered charity, we offer a discount of a third on the prices listed. 

If you sponsor £400+ (£266+ for new companies and charities), you will be listed as Premium Sponsor and have the option for your merchandise to be sent to our prize winners.

Basic package (£150)

A virtual exhibition stand, a 30 second pre-recorded flash talk accessible throughout the event, and your logo on our social media and conference webpages.

Bigger Virtual Exhibition Stand (£50 per additional slot)

With a bigger stand, you can talk to more students at once. We expect more than 750 students and graduates to attend this virtual event, and more slots allow you to engage with more of them over the course of the conference.

Programme slot: 10 minutes (£150) or 40 minutes (£350)

The stage is yours. Present your work and your job openings, run a workshop on an area of your expertise, or do an “in conversation with” interview with our host. Get in touch with your ideas on how you want to use the time. Presentations will be pre-recorded and played at a set time during the conference.

Social Sponsor (£200)

One only. As attendees unwind after the first day of the conference at the virtual social, you will kick off the event with a live or pre-recorded message. You’ll be named alongside the social on the programme, and have your logo exclusively displayed on the social page.

Networking Sponsor (£400)

Throughout the conference, attendees will connect one-to-one with other attendees through video and text chats on our custom platform. Have your logo in full view on the networking home page, linked to your website.

Prize Sponsor (£200)

Throughout the event, attendees will be able to score points in a variety of ways including an in-conference scavenger hunt those with the highest scores winning a cash prize and merchandise. You will be listed as the sponsor that makes this all possible.

As a partner you will get exposure all year round, with speaking opportunities at our events, and your logo displayed on both the UKSEDS and SpaceCareers.uk websites.
