As reported in the February Ecliptic newsletter, a limited number of student bursaries will be available for the UK Space Conference 2010.
Under the Bursary scheme students can attend the conference for as little as £20 for three days.
The bursary covers on campus accommodation for the nights of the 26th and 27th. It also covers breakfast and lunch. An evening meal is available as part of the UKSEDS/ISU social (a buffet, plus jazz band, quiz & ‘high-jinks’) on the 26th, the bursary will not cover this, and is an extra tenner (£10). However, the social evening is something you won’t want to miss out on, we would suspect!
There is also a chance that there’ll be a Saturday night event, in a similar vein (TBC). This will follow up after the Arthur Awards and parallel the Arthur’s dinner. The cost will also be £10 (TBC).
If you are interested in registering for a bursary, get in touch ASAP! Limited places mean first come first served!
[Thanks to Reaction Engines and the BNSC for sponsorship - with hopefully more to come!]

Saturday night has been confirmed: if you’d like to attend (non-compulsory – though we don’t think you’d want to miss it) then it’s a tenner.
Also, big thanks to Argans – argans.co.uk – who have put in some sponsorship which will allow up to around 100 student bursaries to be made available. Remember to express your interest ASAP – before they are snapped up!
