Delegates

The exhibition is run for the conference delegates in parallel to the speaker sessions for the duration of the conference. This is a great chance to meet industrial and academic representatives from the UK space industry. If you are looking for graduate employment, an internship, or a new degree course, under- or post-graduate, what better chance than to hand over a CV in person to those who need to know?

We’ll be updating this page with details of the exhibitors nearer to the conference.

Exhibitors

For the exhibitors, this is your chance to connect with the UK student body studying STEM and other space-related courses. We expect over 200 delegates at the conference all eager to find out what opportunities are available to them. Exhibitors can expect a table, chairs, power socket and room for modest sized pop-up banners. Exact space details will be finalised shortly. Plots are available for the entire weekend for £250. If you are interested in attending please contact conference@ukseds.org for more details.

• The conference facilities will be available from 0700 on Saturday 26th.
• The conference opens for registrations at 0900, with the first presentation at 10am.
• The first scheduled exhibition session is at 1230
• The first day will close at 1800. The Sunday sessions will run from 0900 – 1700.
• Any packages or equipment which need storing at the conference centre before Saturday should be sent to the centre with “UKSEDS Conference” clearly marked on the packaging and for the attention of Claire Tibbitts.
